  • Choose your preferred payment plan (typically 4 payments over 6-8 weeks)

  • Complete the payment plan according to your provider's schedule

  • Your order ships once initial payment is confirmed

Important: Payment plan terms, interest rates, and fees are determined by the payment provider, not by BeautyBlossus. Review the terms carefully before checkout.

CHECKOUT PROCESS

  • Confirm payment information

  • Submit your order

Step 7: Order Confirmation

  • Receive instant order confirmation

  • Check your email for confirmation details

  • Save your order number for reference

  • Receive tracking information once order ships

PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & PROCESSING

Credit/Debit Card Authorizations

When you enter your card information, we request authorization from your card issuer:

  • This is a temporary hold on your account (usually 24-48 hours)

  • The hold is released if payment fails

  • Authorized payments are typically captured within 24-48 hours

  • You will see the final charge on your statement after capture

  • The charge will appear as "BeautyBlossus" on your statement

Multiple Attempts

If your payment fails:

  • We will automatically attempt to process it again

  • You will receive an email notification of the failed payment

  • You can update your payment method and retry from your account

  • After multiple failed attempts (typically 3), your order may be cancelled

  • We will notify you before cancellation

If You Experience Issues:

Contact your card issuer if you experience repeated payment problems, as they may:

  • Have flagged your card as suspicious

  • Need to verify the transaction

  • Have temporarily blocked the card

  • Need updated card information

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION & RECEIPTS

Order Confirmation Email

After successful payment, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation with your unique order number

  • Itemized list of all products ordered

  • Order total (including taxes and shipping)

  • Estimated delivery date

  • Tracking information (once your order ships)

  • Customer support contact information

Payment Receipt

Your payment receipt will show:

  • Transaction ID

  • Amount charged

  • Payment method used (e.g., "Visa ending in 4242")

  • Billing address

  • Merchant name (BeautyBlossus)

  • Date and time of transaction

Tax Information

Applicable sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and state/local regulations. Tax amount is included in your order total and clearly itemized.

BILLING & SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS

Billing Address

  • Must be associated with your payment method

  • Should match your payment account records

  • Must include street address, city, state, and zip code

  • P.O. boxes are NOT accepted for billing addresses

  • Apartment or unit numbers must be included if applicable

Shipping Address

  • Can be different from billing address

  • Should be accurate and complete

  • Cannot be a P.O. box (packages must be delivered to a physical address)

  • Street address must be complete with apartment/unit numbers if applicable

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package

Mismatched Addresses

If your billing and shipping addresses don't match, please note:

  • This may trigger fraud verification by your card issuer

  • Payment processing may be delayed while verification occurs

  • We may contact you to verify the discrepancy

  • This is a normal security measure to protect against fraud

FAILED PAYMENTS & DECLINED CARDS

Why Might a Payment Be Declined?

  • Insufficient funds in your account

  • Card expired or deactivated

  • Incorrect card information (wrong number, expiration, or CVV)

  • Billing address doesn't match card records

  • Suspicious activity detected by your bank

  • Card issuer's fraud prevention system triggered

  • Daily spending limit exceeded

  • International transaction not authorized

  • Card reported lost or stolen

What to Do:

  1. Verify your information — Ensure card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address are correct and match your bank records

  2. Contact your bank — Call your card issuer to ask if:

    • Your card has been blocked or flagged

    • There are any fraud alerts

    • International transactions are authorized

    • You've exceeded daily limits

  3. Use a different payment method — Try:

    • Another credit or debit card

    • PayPal

    • Digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay)

    • Buy Now, Pay Later service

  4. Retry payment — Return to checkout and attempt payment again after resolving the issue

  5. Contact us — Email support@beautyblossus.com if issues persist after trying these steps

REFUNDS & PAYMENT

Refund Processing

When we process a refund:

  • Refund is issued to your original payment method

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days

  • Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days

  • PayPal: 2-3 business days

  • Buy Now, Pay Later: Handled by provider (see their terms)

Refund Timing

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account:

  • Banks typically post refunds within 3-5 additional business days

  • Some banks may take up to 10 business days

  • Check your bank's refund timeline

Total Timeline: You can expect to see your refund in your account within 10-20 business days from when we process it.

CURRENCY & EXCHANGE RATES

USD Transactions

BeautyBlossus operates in US Dollars (USD) only. All prices are displayed in USD.

If you pay from a country outside the U.S.:

  • Your bank or payment provider will convert your local currency to USD

  • The conversion uses their exchange rate (not our rate)

  • You may see a currency conversion fee on your statement

BeautyBlossus is not responsible for:

  • Currency conversion fees charged by your bank

  • Exchange rate fluctuations

  • Charges or surcharges imposed by your financial institution

  • International transaction fees

PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

If You Dispute a Charge:

  1. Contact BeautyBlossus first — Email support@beautyblossus.com to resolve the issue

    • Describe the problem clearly

    • Include your order number

    • Provide any relevant details

    • We will work to resolve it quickly

  2. Contact your payment provider — If we cannot resolve it

    • Reach out to your bank or card issuer

    • They can investigate on your behalf

  3. File a dispute with your bank — If necessary (last resort)

    • Your bank will open a formal dispute investigation

    • We will have opportunity to respond

Chargeback Information:

If you file a chargeback without contacting us first:

  • We may be charged fees by our payment processor ($15-$100+)

  • Your account may be flagged or suspended

  • Your order may be cancelled

  • We reserve the right to pursue the dispute

  • This may result in collection action

Please contact us directly before filing a chargeback. We're here to help resolve any issues.

SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS & RECURRING CHARGES

BeautyBlossus does not currently offer subscription services or recurring billing. All purchases are one-time transactions.

If a recurring charge appears on your statement, please contact us immediately at support@beautyblossus.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The charge date and amount

  • Your payment method

We will investigate and resolve the issue.

THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT GATEWAY DISCLAIMER

Our payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments and other PCI-compliant payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to:

  • Their terms of service and privacy policies

  • Their fraud prevention measures

  • Their dispute resolution procedures

  • Any service fees they may impose

BeautyBlossus is not responsible for:

  • Payment processor errors or delays

  • Payment gateway security breaches (beyond our control)

  • Payment processor's policies or practices

  • Issues with third-party payment providers

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS

For International Customers:

  • All prices are displayed in USD

  • Your payment will be converted to USD by your payment provider

  • International transaction fees may apply (charged by your bank)

  • Customs duties and import taxes are your responsibility

  • Delivery times may be longer for international orders
